Dr. Hayes is a graduate of the Ohio State University’s School of Medicine.  She completed both her combined internal medicine/pediatrics residency and critical care medicine fellowship at UAB.  Dr. Hayes is interested in improving health care delivery through Lean/Six Sigma Methodology, patient safety, and quality improvement.
