Dr. Rutledge is a graduate of the University of Alabama’s School of Medicine.  She completed her pediatric residency at the University of North Carolina Hospital, and her pediatric critical care medicine fellowship here at UAB.  Her special interests focuses on the use of simulation to teach the entire spectrum of health care providers using simulation to improve preparedness of community health care workers for sick children.
