The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy & Critical Care Medicine provides competent and compassionate care for all our patients.

We serve patients in UAB Hospital, the Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center, UAB Highlands and Cooper Green Hospital. Ambulatory evaluations and care are provided at The Kirklin Clinic, Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Cooper Green Hospital.

What to Bring

We are happy to provide you with the best consultation possible. In order to do this, we require all pertinent medical history documentation. The following items are generally important in our ability to render an opinion on your case:

-Hospitalization records pertinent to the condition that brings you for consultation.

-Reports of tests performed in relation to the condition that brings you for consultation.

-Films (x-ray pictures) of all tests performed in relationship to your condition, including CAT scans, PET scans, pathology slides & reports.

-Your referring physician's outpatient medical records.

If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
