Biography
Dr. King is an associate professor in the Division of Plastic Surgery. He specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery for infants, children and adults. He has specific interests in pediatric plastic surgery; cleft lip and palate surgery, reconstruction of Moh’s defects; and the treatment of birthmarks and vascular lesions.
Dr. King is also an active researcher, investigating new insights into the molecular mechanisms of cutaneous wound healing through which a clinically relevant therapeutic intervention could be developed for the treatment of cutaneous wounds.
