Commemorative items celebrating the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s 50th anniversary are available for purchase online and in the UAB Bookstore. Items include a Tervis Tumbler, water bottle, T-shirt, polo, pullover, pen, umbrella, padfolio, hat and notebook.
UAB is celebrating its 50th anniversary throughout 2019 with 50 years of dreams and discoveries. Events are being hosted across campus to celebrate the golden anniversary. In addition, the UAB family is encouraged to celebrate their UAB Memories by recording their story in the sound booth. Supporters of UAB are encouraged to celebrate UAB’s 50th anniversary on social media by sharing photos and stories using #UAB50.
