Raut has more than a decade long experience engaging undergraduates in the classroom and also in research endeavors. Her expertise is focused on cutting edge pedagogical practices with an emphasis on active-learning, sustainability and service-learning. Many of her recent projects have also focused on increasing science literacy related to climate change, evolution, vaccination and opioid addiction.
