Evans to chair department of medical education

Hughes Evans, M.D., Ph.D., will be the chair of the Department of Medical Education in the UAB School of Medicine.

EvansHughesWeb The University of Alabama System Board of Trustees appointed Hughes Evans, M.D., Ph.D. to chair the Department of Medical Education in the UAB School of Medicine during its meeting Sept. 16, 2011.

Evans, who joined the UAB faculty in 1988, earned her medical and doctoral degrees from Harvard University.
