"Flu symptoms include fever or chills, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, muscle or body aches, headaches, and fatigue. The common cold very rarely gives you fever or chills, or muscle or body aches."

If this is accompanied with a high fever and also respiratory symptoms, it could be the flu.”
