The University of Alabama System Board of Trustees named Candace L. Floyd, Ph.D., as the next holder of the Women’s Committee of the Spain Rehabilitation Center Endowed Chair in Rehabilitation Neuroscience Research during its meeting on Nov. 2, 2012. Floyd, an associate professor at UAB since 2012, will be the second holder of the chair.
