Three programs change names

Programs in Health Professions, Engineering and Education schools change names.

The University of Alabama System Board of Trustees approved name changes for three UAB programs during its meeting April 13, 2012. The master of science in clinical nutrition degree in the School of Health Professions will now be the master of science in nutrition sciences. The track in environmental health engineering in the School of Engineering’s doctoral degree in interdisciplinary engineering will now be the track in environmental health and safety engineering. The track in community agency in the School of Education’s master’s degree in counseling will now be the track in clinical mental health.
