Phase IV of the ONE Card deployment consists of re-carding employees in UAB Medicine buildings in the Northeast quadrant of campus.  Employees in designated buildings (listed below) will be contacted by email regarding the dates and times that they are to get their ONE Cards.

Action Required

Employees in UAB Medicine buildings must take the following steps before getting their ONE Cards at their designated time:

1. Review your Card information online.
2. Make sure that your information is correct and edit if necessary. Your edits will be subject to approval within your department.
   Note: Only first name is allowed in the preferred name field with the exception of the RN credential for Registered Nurses. Advanced degrees are allowed in the credential field, but certifications are not.
3. Once your edits have been approved, you may proceed to have your card made at your previously designated location and time.
4. Everyone is required to have a new photograph taken for their card, so please be prepared to have yours taken (proper attire, hair, makeup, etc.).
5. Bring your existing UAB ID Card with you to the carding location. You must turn in your old card in order to receive your new ONE Card.
