Measuring Success: Education pillar

Metric: Six-Year Graduation Rate

One of UAB’s primary aims is for students to complete degrees or credentials that prepare them to become informed and productive citizens. Nationally, graduation rate has become a common indicator of student success and institutional accountability. We know that many factors can contribute to the rate at which students graduate. Therefore, UAB works continuously to remove barriers and create opportunities that provide students with support to realize their graduation goals.
