Predicting One-Repetition Maximum (1RM) from Strength and Functional Tests: A Comparison Between Males and Females
Are you between the ages of 55–75 and able to walk independently in the community? You may qualify for a research study at the UAB School of Health Professions.
What to expect
- One study visit (approximately 1.5 hours)
- $35 compensation
- Free parking
- Receive information about your physical fitness and functional ability
You may not qualify if you have
- Neurological or musculoskeletal conditions affecting mobility
- Uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension
- Osteoporosis
- Fibromyalgia or chronic pain syndrome
