Pilot/feasibility (P/F) awards are available from UAB’s Nathan Shock Center of Excellence in the Basic Biology of Aging for investigators undertaking any area of aging research that can be supported by its cores. Funding is awarded four times a year on a competitive basis, with preference for projects with potential to attract extramural funding from the National Institutes of Health/National Institute on Aging. The next deadline is Sept.1.

Applications should be submitted online after contacting the UAB Shock Center Research Development Core at CAS-nscgrants@uab.edu.
