Cooking demos such as January’s exploration of Indian cuisine and February’s lesson on making Cantonese beef chow work in tandem with nutrition seminars and lunch-and-learns hosted by University Recreation’s Registered Dietician Katie Ellison.

See below for a full schedule of events or check the University Recreation website. Nutrition seminars are held 4-5 p.m. and lunch-and-learns are held noon-12:30 p.m., both in Campus Rec Room 190; all cooking demos will be 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Campus Rec Kitchen.
