Vegetable biryani is a traditional Indian dish made of rice with mixed vegetables and spices.Join University Recreation 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Jan. 29 in the Campus Rec Kitchen to learn to cook Indian cuisine staple vegetable biryani, a traditional dish made of rice with mixed vegetables and spices, as part of Well-Being Wednesdays, a semester-long series of free nutritional seminars, lunch-and-learns and cooking demonstrations designed to help you live well.
Cooking demos such as January’s exploration of Indian cuisine and February’s lesson on making Cantonese beef chow work in tandem with nutrition seminars and lunch-and-learns hosted by University Recreation’s Registered Dietician Katie Ellison.
