phone appInnovative mobile applications for HIV/STI programs are the topic of a panel discussion to be held by the UAB Center for AIDS Research 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Feb. 9 in The Edge of Chaos in Lister Hill Library.

The panel will be moderated by Associate Professor Janet Turan, Ph.D., co-director of CFAR's Behavioral and Community Science Core.

Panelists include, Ann Gakumo, Ph.D., assistant professor and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Nurse Faculty Scholar; Robin Lanzi, Ph.D., associate professor of health behavior; Bulent Turan, Ph.D., assistant professor of psychology; and Steve Dellinger, community health educator with the Alabama Department of Public Health.
