Dimensions

At ARO-CT, our mission is to accelerate successful participant enrollment across industry-sponsored clinical trials at UAB through coordinated, data-driven accrual strategies. We focus on developing and implementing approaches that optimize feasibility, recruitment, and retention, ensuring studies meet enrollment milestones effectively. With a focus on the key drivers of accrual performance, we aim to identify recruitment issues early, supporting trials from activation through completion.

Working Together to Advance Clinical Trial Enrollment

We serve as strategic partners in the research enterprise, collaborating closely with investigators, study teams, departments, and senior leadership to strengthen recruitment and retention efforts across UAB. By fostering investigator and study team awareness of feasibility tools, improving marketing opportunities, and providing timely accrual enrollment data, we aim to create a culture of proactive accrual planning and execution. Our goal is not only to improve enrollment outcomes, but to contribute to a more responsive, data-informed, and collaborative clinical trials environment.

Clinical Trial Accrual reporting explanation and access instructions

As part of UAB’s ongoing commitment to high‑quality clinical research, we are enhancing how clinical trial accrual information is delivered. The Clinical Trials Accrual Report provides a standardized, authoritative view of enrollment progress and will be delivered on a monthly cadence to support timely, data‑informed study oversight and decision‑making. This approach reflects our broader institutional focus on transparency, data stewardship, and continued partnership with our clinical research leaders.
