Hello! It’s your library resources GPS. Are you interested in using anatomical or molecular models in your classroom? Would you like your students to have access to anatomical or molecular models to study a particular organ? You are in luck! UAB Libraries is now using 3D printing technology to create and maintain a circulating collection of anatomical and molecular models suitable for use in an academic health sciences library collection. Models may be checked out and taken out of the library for study or classroom use.
We currently have a human brain, heart and vertebrae; however, you can suggest a 3D printable object for inclusion in the Lister Hill Library 3D collection. Here is a link for more information: http://guides.library.uab.edu/LHL3DP
