Syllabus Statement

All UAB syllabi are required to include the DSS Syllabus Statement.

Video Caption Request

To request captioning assistance with a video, faculty and staff are asked to fill out the DSS Captioning and Transcript Request Form. Videos with URL links can be pasted directly into the URL box on the form. Once the video is captioned, it will be delivered to you via UAB Box.
