  • Each project will have a UAB Box folder for file storage & collaboration. It will contain project materials, timelines, design proofs & vendor estimates. We will send you project communications & proofs through UAB Box which also sends a notification to your UAB email.
  • We request that you adhere to the project schedule & work with your team to stay on track. Large campaigns, multiple project approvers & extensive redesigns will add to the project timeline.
  • Design execution will not begin until the required project materials have been properly submitted & approved. If the required materials are received after the date agreed upon, your delivery deadline will be extended.
  • All text, photos, graphics, etc. must be submitted in the appropriate formats and resolutions. While we do proofread text, it is your responsibility to check content for accuracy. You will have access to all proofs (digital & vendor).
  • We request you rely on our expertise to provide a professional-quality product.

All projects promoting individual academic programs or student recruitment must obtain content approval from Dr. Synco before design execution can begin.
