Co-Chair Role: President of UAB and CEO of UAB Health System
The Co-Chairs provide strategic leadership, ensure alignment with institutional priorities, and convene the committee for key decisions. The Co-Chairs delegate operational responsibilities to the committee members and working groups.
Executive Sponsors: AVP & Deputy CIO of UAB IT, AVP & CISO-UAB HSIS
The Executive Sponsors will support the Co-Chairs by overseeing execution, facilitating coordination, and ensuring accountability.
Project Director: Strategic Initiatives
The Project Director provides support to the committee by coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of charges. In coordination with the Executive Sponsors, Project Director provides regular progress updates including annual review of outcomes, including cost savings, user satisfaction, and operational improvements to the Co-Chairs and the committee.

The Committee Members are responsible for leading and executing the charges and forming working groups as needed.

TACC membership: The committee members are responsible for leading and executing the TACC charges and forming working groups as needed.
