The Civil Engineering Construction Management (CECM) track of study welcomed 39 new students to the graduate track of study.

Boot Camp Fall 2017 Group Picture

The Civil Engineering Construction Management (CECM) program welcomed a record 54 new students to the graduate program. However, due to hurricane Harvey making landfall in the Gulf of Mexico, only about 42 students were able to attend the August 25th and 26th Boot Camp. Students came from as far as California and Washington State for the two day event.

The Civil Engineering Construction Management (CECM) program greeted a total of 42 new students during the January 6th Boot Camp.  Due to winter weather advisories in Birmingham, the CECM team was forced to cancel the on-campus schedule and quickly implement a virtual-online orientation event.

The Civil Engineering Construction Management (CECM) program welcomed a total of 55 new students during the August 26th and 27th “Boot Camp”.  The two-day orientation marks the official start of a track of study in which students will take courses online over the next 19 months to earn a Masters of Engineering (MEng) degree through the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering (CCEE).
