With the increase in the availability of public and private biomedical data it has become important to be able to access and analyze this data in a consistent, standard, and useful way.
This workshop will help you:
- access and safely secure biomedical data
- become familiar with standards and terminologies as they occur through multiple data sites
- become familiar with the foundational data science methodologies used
- gain hands-on experience to create and analyze a cohort to address your research questions.
