Virtual Interview Process
Interview Dates
Interviews will be scheduled during the months of November and December 2023. The interview day will start at 7:55 a.m. CST and end around 2:30 p.m. CST.
Social Hour
The evening prior to each interview day, there will be a social hour with current child neurology and pediatrics residents via Zoom from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST. We highly encourage attendance if possible in order to meet our residents!
Interview Day
Throughout the virtual interview day, applicants will have the opportunity to attend Stagno Morning Report, meet the Chair of UAB Pediatrics, meet with leadership in pediatrics, adult neurology, and child neurology, virtually tour our facilities, and meet several of our faculty members. When possible, applicants will be paired with faculty who specialize in similar areas of interest. While we wish we could host applicants in our city and meet you in person, we very much look forward to getting to know you virtually and showing you our facilities, our city, and most importantly our people!
