The purpose is to promote continuous improvement and adherence to laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and good practices for an organizational culture of ethics and integrity. Also, to implement the University Compliance Program and support the President’s Risk Cabinet in fulfilling its responsibility for compliance oversight. A related Faculty Senate Standing Committee is the Faculty Policies & Procedures Committee.
