My research currently focuses on the ecology of the Diamondback Terrapin, a near threatened species of marsh turtle located near the Gulf of Mexico, by using stable isotope technology and radio telemetry to investigate their foraging behavior, migration patterns, and ecological functions. Other areas of interest are the historical significance, conservation, and population dynamics of the Kemps Ridley sea turtle.
