My primary research interests include the impact of climate change on marine organisms and the behavior and physiology of echinoderms. My thesis research centers on the sea urchin, Lytechinus variegatus, which is found in the Gulf of Mexico. I am excited to expand my knowledge of marine invertebrate biology. I have previously been involved with a research project quantifying the distribution of mesograzer mesogastropods on select species of Antarctic macroalgae.
