PhD, Developmental Psychology concentration, 2016

Dr. Guo graduated from UAB's Psychology PhD program with a concentration in Developmental Psychology in 2016 under the mentorship of Dr. Sylvie Mrug. She was the recipient of Outstanding Graduate Student of the Year in Developmental Psychology (2016) and then secured a Postdoctoral Scientist position at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Guo obtained a master’s degree in Applied Statistics at The Ohio State University (OSU) in 2019 and she is currently a biostatistician at OSU College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio. Using her expertise in both psychology and statistics, Guo is providing statistical support of study design, statistical analysis, and manuscript/grant preparation to researchers in the College of Nursing and Helene Fuld Health Trust National Institute for EBP in Nursing and Healthcare.
