PhD, Developmental Psychology concentration, 2018

Dr. Tyler Bell completed a Ph.D. in Psychology with a concentration in Developmental Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and obtained a competitive postdoctoral fellowship at Penn State in the Remind Lab. His work deciphers dynamic links between cognition, either subjective or objective, and human health. Currently, he is assisting on a NIA-funded R01 (PI: Dr. Nikki Hill) to identify preclinical symptoms of Alzheimer's and Related Diseases and risk factors using longitudinal studies of aging. Bell's dissertation chair was Dr. Despina Stavrinos.
