Research Interests
My research focuses on moral development and behavioral problems in adolescence. I am particularly interested in adolescents’ development of empathy and how empathy and prosocial reasoning is influenced by parenting and social factors. Moreover, I am studying the concurrent and long-term effects of pubertal characteristics (i.e., pubertal timing and pubertal tempo) on emotional and behavioral problems in adolescence.
