Randi is the Instructional Design Manager and manages the team of instructional designers within the Division. She provides instructional design support to UAB faculty and staff in developing academic and continuing education courses. Randi advises faculty on best practices for instructional design, online teaching, and integrating technology into online, face-to-face, and blended courses. She also develops and facilitates workshops on best practices for course design.

Randi serves as a Quality Matters Coordinator, Course Review Manager, Certified Master Reviewer, and Certified Face-to-Face Facilitator.

Randi earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Education from UAB. She completed her Ph.D. in Instructional Leadership with a concentration in Instructional Technology at the University of Alabama.
