Section 2.10 of the UAB Faculty Handbook and Policies requires that the university’s policies and the departmental, school, and/or library policies will be used in evaluating faculty members for appointment, promotion, and award of tenure. Please see the following sections of the handbook:
The following chart shows how faculty members can locate the policies for their school or college. In the case of departments with separate department-level policies, faculty should consult with their chairs for how to obtain those policies.
