Abstract Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in participating at the 2020 Graduate Student Research Symposium! To submit an abstract, please complete the form below.

Please use this form to submit an oral presentation abstract. All GBS and JHS students are eligible to submit an abstract. These presentations will be conducted via Zoom during the virtual August 14th GBS Symposium.

Applicants will be notified of their selection to present by 7/17/20.

Deadline: 11:59pm on Friday, July 3.

UPDATE: As of 7/8/20 the deadline has been extended has been extended until the end of next weekend.

Deadline: 11:59pm on Sunday, July 12.

Format: Only Word documents will be accepted.

Requirement: 2000-character maxiumum limit (counting spaces), not including authors or affiliations.

Only graduate students are eligible to present this year. However, post-doctoral fellows, staff, and faculty members are highly encouraged to attend, provide constructive feedback, and serve as judges.
