On Friday, February 7, 2025, dress in red and join people across the country to be seen, to be counted and to be heard — together, we are stronger than heart disease and stroke.

Campus Recreation Center, Studio 4The UAB Employee Assistance & Counseling Center's Gentle Yoga offers a slow-paced, less-intense yet challenging experience in a noncompetitive, judgment-free environment. Gain flexibility, strength and coordination and enhance your cardiovascular health, mental clarity and overall wellbeing. Please bring your own mat, two yoga blocks and a blanket or beach towel.
