Wear Red Day 2026
On Friday, February 6, 2026, dress in red and join people across the country to be seen, to be counted and to be heard — together, we are stronger than heart disease and stroke.
Gather your department and participating colleagues or post a selfie on social media, tagging @uab_employee_wellness on Instagram or /UABHR on Facebook, or submit your photo to Employee Wellness using the online Wear Red Day Photo Submission Form.
