1. Hit the UAB Walking Trails

Seven routes offering a variety of distances all over the medical and academic campus make it convenient for steppers to walk at work — indoors or out.

2. Attend a Heart Month Lunch & Learn

When it comes to heart disease, women have unique risk factors and symptoms. UAB employees and patients are invited to hear UAB patients Sherron Simmons and Joy O’Neal share their personal stories and advice during the UAB Heart Month Lunch & Learn.
