Aisha joined the Harbert Institute team in June 2023. As a Program Manager, Aisha focuses on coordinating patent prosecution workflow, maintaining compliance with legal requirements, managing a portfolio of research tools, and providing support for licensing initiatives.
Before joining HIIE, Aisha received her MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Collat School of Business at UAB while also working with tech start-ups at Innovation Depot. Aisha is also a graduate of Samford University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
Outside of work, Aisha enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
