UAB’s approved survey tool, Qualtrics, and eSignature tool, Adobe Sign, now offer a library of core-forward branding with UAB colors and logos to ensure forms are unified with the University’s new brand.
Forms created before the branding changes will need to be manually updated by the owner or rebuilt on a new template.
Here’s how to access each tool’s branded templates:
Qualtrics
When starting a new form, the default branding is the UAB logo. Users can update their work with branding that reflects the area they work in by clicking on the paintbrush icon in the left hand navigation panel. This will open the “Look and Feel” section. Several UAB units and schools have themes loaded in this section. If you do not see your area, and would like it to be added, you can request it in the IT Service Portal.
Adobe Sign
When creating or signing a document, the UAB brand is always there in the left-hand corner of the screen. Users can customize their forms by uploading unit specific logos with other document content. There are several pre-loaded templates from schools and units you can browse from when editing.
