The UAB Division of CME uses an Online Application and Activity Record System to manage the credit application process, maintain attendance records, and report credit earned to the ACCME's Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS). 

To ensure that all physicians who have completed your activity get appropriate credit, it's important that you complete all elements of the application process and use the system to upload attendance records for each event.

To login to the system you must have a Blazer ID or XIAS login and password.  If you do not have either of these, please contact the Division of CME office at 205.934.2687.

 Please Note: Due to a systems issue, you may receive an error message when duplicating a regularly scheduled series. The message includes: "The function onSubmit did not return a valid response".
This error does not stop your activity record from being duplicated. Click the dashboard tab on the horizontal menu and you will see your duplicated record.
