The UAB Division of CME transitioned to a new activiy documentation and management system in August, 2025.
- You can access the new system and create an activity application.

To ensure that all physicians who have completed your activity get appropriate credit, it's important that you complete all elements of the application process and use the system to upload attendance records for each event.
