C-READY: Cognitive-Remediation of Executive and Adaptive Deficits in Youth

Target population: Adolescents with sickle cell anemia or history of childhood cancer
Intervention: A 2-arm wait-listed, randomized 8-week cognitive remediation intervention delivered via telehealth that targets independence skills necessary for successful transition of care to adult healthcare providers.
