Biography

Dr. Ashish Shah joined the faculty of UAB's Department of Surgery in 2010. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor, Director of the UAB Foot & Ankle Research & International Education programs. In addition, he is the Fellowship Director for the UAB International Foot and Ankle Fellowship.

He received his training in Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgery at the American Sports Institute and UAB. He trained as a Fellow at Andrews Sports Medicine and mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, as well as at New York Hospital of Joint Diseases.
