Ms. Kirk manages the President’s appointments and calendar, prepares correspondence for the President, coordinates the flow of incoming and outgoing communications.

Director of Executive Affairs and Board Liaison

Ms. Burdick serves as the primary liaison with the University of Alabama System office and is responsible for coordinating all campus-wide Board of Trustees meeting agenda item submissions.  As the Office of the President’s representative on the university-wide Commencement Committee, she is also responsible for arrangements for special honorees, Trustees and the platform party.

Ms. Khadka drives high-impact, cross-collaborative strategic initiatives originating from the Office of the President across the university and health system. She partners with senior leadership, serves as a liaison across stakeholders, facilitates federal and state engagement in partnership with the UA System Office, and advances enterprise AI integration to support aligned and effective execution of institutional priorities.
