A number of our undergraduate students are participating in the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE), which asks them about their college experience, how much time they spend studying, and the types of interactions they have with faculty. We also want your perspective on these issues. Please participate in the Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (FSSE). This survey is designed to measure our expectations for student participation in educational practices that are empirically linked with high levels of learning and development.

Please check your junk mail folder if you did not receive any messages from FSSE in your inbox. The link included in the email is unique to you, so please do not pass the email on to anyone else.

Students

Your UAB educational experience is of primary importance to us. We want to continue to make it the very best it can be—for you and for all current and future Blazers. If you're a first-year student or a senior at UAB, you can help by completing the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). Your response will help us understand how our students are spending time both inside and outside the classroom. What we learn will guide decisions that shape education at UAB.

To take the NSSE, please follow these steps:

2. Click on “Don’t know your Login ID?”
3. Complete the one-step verification process to log in to your unique survey.
