The UAB School of Social & Behavioral Sciences, and the UAB International Studies Program in conjunction with the UAB Department of History will present “The Unrule of Law and Corruption in Mexico” by University of South Alabama Professor Stephen D. Morris, Ph.D. at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14 at Heritage Hall Room 106. Admission is free.

Morris is a professor of political science and director of the International Studies Program at the University of South Alabama. His research focus is corruption in Mexico and U.S. perceptions of Mexico. His books include Corruption and Politics in Contemporary Mexico, which examines the causes, effects and dynamics of political corruption in Mexico.
