All hybrid and virtual events require registration for the virtual portion of the event, rather than providing a meeting ID or publicly accessible link in your event promotion. Registration can be collected through Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, or by using a Zoom registration. This ensures security of your virtual event, clarity on how attendees may join your event virtually, and a method to collect RSVPs.
