The College Panhellenic Council (CPC) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham will host recruitment prior to the start of the fall 2023 semester. Panhellenic Recruitment will include Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Xi Delta, Delta Gamma, Kappa Delta and Sigma Kappa.
UAB Student Affairs’ professional development committee hosted the 2023 One-Day Conference on May 10. The theme of the event was “Promoting a Culture of Well-Being: Pathways Forward”.
More than 120 Blazers attended the free event that was open to all Student Affairs professionals and students. UAB staff presented their work and best practices in the profession. Paul Erwin, MD, DrPH, dean of the School of Public Health at UAB gave the keynote talk on Health Promoting Universities.
On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, UAB Student Affairs Professional Development Committee will host the annual one-day conference for Student Affairs professionals. Student Affairs staff will give presentations on their work and best practices in the profession.
