IMPORTANT
All first-time freshmen who graduated high school the same year as, or the year prior to their first semester at UAB are required to live on campus for the entire academic year. Exception: those who live in one of the following two counties: Jefferson or Shelby.
If you live outside of Jefferson or Shelby county and feel you have extenuating circumstances that might warrant an exemption, complete the Exemption Form below using your Blazer ID and password. If you live in Jefferson or Shelby counties, the Exemption Form is not required.
