Start Excel. Open the file using the open command. A dialog box will ask you a couple of questions and you are ready to go. (or you can open the link and cut-and-paste the data into an open Excel file)

Formulas

To convert a column of concentration data, [C], to ln[C]:
Select the target cell, then in the equation box at the top type:
=LN(reference cell)

To convert a column of concentration data, [C], to 1/[C]:
Select the target cell, then in the formula bar type:
=1/(reference cell)

Example: We have data in column A. We would like to use the natural logarithm of the values in A, so we click in B1 and enter the formula in the formula bar as shown. When you hit enter, the result of ln(2), should be visible in B1.

To repeat the calculation in all of the cells below B1. Click on the small black square on the lower right-hand corner of B1 and drag down until you reach the end of your data set.
