Welcome to the Math Learning Lab (MLL)

The MLL is a computer lab in Heritage Hall room 202 where UAB students enrolled in MA 094-227 can work on the computers and get math help from tutors who are graduate students in mathematics.

Tutors WILL: help you learn and understand concepts through questions and examples. They are trained to guide you so that you can complete your work independently. Be sure to bring your notes, work, and materials.

Tutors WILL NOT: help you with graded assignments, do all of your homework with you, teach you everything that will be on a test, teach you the material that was covered in a missed class, or work with you for extended periods of time.

No appointment is needed. The MLL is open Monday-Friday from the first day of class to the last day of class, but it is closed during holidays, breaks, and final exam week.
