Renovations will begin on Bartow Arena starting May 18, which will impact several sidewalks and parking lanes through the fall.
The project is scheduled for completion by Oct. 15. Pedestrians and drivers should expect the following impacts during the construction period:
- 13th Street South: Barriers will block the parking lane and pedestrian sidewalk along 13th Street South.
- South of Bartow Arena: A temporary construction fence will block the sidewalk directly south of the facility.
- 14th Street South: The sidewalk on the east side of the street is blocked to pedestrians.
Arena level deliveries will continue to access the building via the north entrance near 6th Avenue South.
While construction continues, the campus community is encouraged to use alternative routes to avoid these areas.
