Establishing a Project
1. Complete the Membership Form to create a User Profile (If you already have a profile, you may login)
Each individual submitting samples to be sequenced should create their own user profile. We will use this information to notify clients when their samples are complete and for billing purposes. Be sure that all starred ( * ) fields are completed.
2. Complete and submit the Core Lab Project Request Form Turnaround time to order and receive chips averages 1-2 weeks
3. Complete and submit the Sample Submission Form
A Core Lab Project Request Form and a Sample Submission Form are required before the lab can accept any samples
