The EACC now offers mental health and community case management services to employees and members of their immediate household. Let our case manager assist you with referral information, coordination of services, and provide insight on what to expect when you reach out to resources. Case management services can include finding resources to help with housing, food, physical health issues, transportation issues, or substance use treatment referrals, among others.

Case management services are free and confidential and is offered as a stand-a-lone option. You do not have to see a counselor at the EACC to access services.
